Free MBSR Preview Session: Sat 3 June 2017
At this free MBSR Preview Session organized by Mindful Moments Singapore, Mindfulness Coach Erin Lee will introduce you to the empirically-based Classic 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program as developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts.
This 1-hour preview session will include information about what to expect from the program, the program structure, teaching approach, research-proven benefits, as well as engage you in the basic mindfulness practices from the program. You can also ask Erin any questions about mindfulness or the MBSR program.

While there is no minimum age requirement to enter the preview session, it is worth noting that the MBSR Program is typically open to participants aged 18 and above.
